All content provided through ZeroToHero — including but not limited to AI meal feedback, calorie estimates, macro recommendations, weight loss projections, and coaching messages — is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. This content is not tailored to any individual's specific medical condition, health history, or clinical needs.
Before beginning any weight loss program, significantly changing your diet, or following nutritional guidance of any kind, you should consult a qualified physician, registered dietitian, or other licensed healthcare provider. This is especially important if you:
Your use of ZeroToHero does not create a doctor-patient, dietitian-client, or any other type of professional healthcare relationship between you and ZeroToHero or any of its employees, contractors, or AI systems.
To use ZeroToHero you must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
ZeroToHero reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at its sole discretion.
ZeroToHero offers the following paid subscription plans:
New members receive a 7-day free trial on Monthly and Annual plans. No credit card is required to begin your trial. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, you will be automatically charged for the selected subscription plan.
Monthly and Annual subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
Due to the digital nature of ZeroToHero and the immediate access to all features upon subscription, all sales are generally final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 14 days of the charge at [email protected] and we will review your case individually.
ZeroToHero reserves the right to change subscription prices at any time. We will provide at least 30 days advance notice of any price changes. Your continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes your agreement to pay the updated price.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ZeroToHero, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service, including but not limited to any use of the Service's content other than as expressly authorized in these Terms.

By using ZeroToHero, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy, including the processing of health-related information such as weight, dietary habits, and fitness goals for the purpose of providing the Service.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Health and nutritional data you provide is used solely to deliver and improve the ZeroToHero service.
The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality — including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof — are owned by ZeroToHero and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Service without our express prior written consent.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period for Monthly and Annual plans. Lifetime plan holders retain access unless terminated for cause.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with proceedings taking place in Alabama.
You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit against ZeroToHero.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and notify active members via email at least 14 days before changes take effect.
Your continued use of ZeroToHero after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription before the effective date.
